We are happy to welcome you among us. You will find here our current menu. Some will find that it is not very big, but know that we have made this choice to promote a short circuit, small producers by establishing an eco-responsible approach (waste sorting, composting, etc.).

We select for you and us small producers who love their products and their breeding. Our wish was to offer you a menu based on fresh, regional and mainly organic products from our beautiful region.

We prepare homemade food for you, so some products may change depending on arrivals and weather conditions. This is the quality commitment we make to you.

Our seminar room is at your disposal... Able to accommodate up to 70 people, it is equipped with complete audiovisual equipment: in addition to our traditional equipment included in your residential package and during the working day, we can provide you with a whole range of optional equipment such as computers, video projectors, flipcharts, mineral water, notepads, pencils, etc.

The Scottish distillery Dalwhinnie is located in an incredible natural setting in the heart of the Highlands, in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. Dalwhinnie is considered one of the highest distilleries in Scotland. Its climate is the coldest in the country and this characteristic is important for the manufacturing process. Indeed, Dalwhinnie has kept its coil condensers, something that only a dozen distilleries have done and which is a determining element in the taste of their whisky. The combination of the cold prevailing at Dalwhinnie and its coils gives the single malts fruity and honeyed aromas whose flavors are amplified by the fermentation in sixty hours. Most of the distillery's production is used to compose blends, particularly the Black and White. Dalwhinnie was chosen to represent the Highlands, in the Classic Malts range.

It is in the valley, Glen in Gaelic, of the Kinchie River, about twenty kilometers from Edinburgh, that we find this distillery.
This distillery founded in the 1820s, currently belonging to the Diageo group, is today the only one in Scotland to be run by a woman.
It is equipped with the largest stills in operation (1 wash still of 36,000 l and a spirit still of 18,000 l).
Glenkinchie produces for blenders (e.g. Johnnie Walker) and in its own name (Glenkinchie single malt).
The 10 year old single malt has been part of the Classic malts range since 1988.
