Judith Melka and Philippe Peignier have taken over the former Belles Courbes estate and renamed it Chai Julip. They are breathing new life into this vineyard and its cellar, renowned for the excellence of its Saint-Chinian wines. The vineyard clings to schist and sandstone hills at an altitude of 200 meters, north of Béziers. With an average age of 40 years, the estate's vines are unique in their planting: they are laid out along the contour lines of three hillsides.

Nestled at the foot of the Eternal Hill, this 14-hectare estate was acquired by the Camu brothers in 1999 and then taken over in 2008 by Baron Patrick de Ladoucette. Committed to producing fruity, terroir-driven wines, he combines low yields with traditional winemaking to best express the potential of the Vézelay appellation. Planted on Jurassic limestone soils, the vineyard slopes face southeast to southwest, thus producing wines of exceptional quality.

The Château de La Chaize family estate and vineyard were founded in 1676. It is one of the largest and most iconic wine estates in Beaujolais, with 380 hectares located at the foot of Mont Brouilly. The descendants of the founder, Jean-François de La Chaize d'Aix, cared for the estate for nearly 350 years, until 2017, when it was passed on to another family, that of Christophe Gruy. He is determined to enhance this remarkable vineyard while respecting nature.
