Mole poblano is a Mexican specialty. It is made with cacao, ancho peppers, mulato, pasilla, tomatillos, peanuts, plantains, almonds, dried prunes, sesame seeds, and cinnamon.








Carnitas
Corn tortilla, candied pork, pico de gallo, coriander and lime.Carnitas are made by simmering pork in its own fat to tenderize it. The process takes four hours for a tender, juicy result.

Tequila 1800 reposado
Tequila 1800 reposadoThis Tequila is named after the year 1800, when the first matured tequila was produced. The Jose Cuervo distillery produces tequila, still according to the original recipe, using only the hearts of blue agaves that have been growing for eight years. These are previously fired in brick ovens. Tequila 1800 Reposado matured for six months in American and French oak barrels. It is recommended to serve it "on the rocks", or as a component in cocktails, such as Tequila Sunrise, Paloma and Margarita.
