Mole poblano is a Mexican specialty. Made with cocoa, ancho peppers, mulato, pasilla, tomatillos, peanuts, plantains, almonds, dried prunes, sesame and cinnamon
Al pastor
Corn tortilla, grilled Mexican spice marinated pork, lime, red onions, pina habanero salsa and cilantro.Pastor is Latin for shepherd, which originally meant meat cooked in the shepherd's way.
Carnitas

Mezcal Verde Amarás
Mezcal Verde AmarásA 100% agave spirit, made from the finest agaves grown in Oaxaca, Mexico. The agaves are carefully selected, cooked and fermented in small batches to create a unique and balanced flavour. The spirit is then double distilled and aged for at least 23 months in oak barrels. It has an ABV of 42% and is sold in a 0.7 litre bottle. Its flavour is sweet and earthy, with notes of citrus, herbs and spices. It is perfect sipping neat or in a cocktail.

Tequila 1800 reposadoThis Tequila is named after the year 1800, when the first matured tequila was produced. The Jose Cuervo distillery produces tequila, still according to the original recipe, using only the hearts of blue agaves that have been growing for eight years. These are previously fired in brick ovens. Tequila 1800 Reposado matured for six months in American and French oak barrels. It is recommended to serve it "on the rocks", or as a component in cocktails, such as Tequila Sunrise, Paloma and Margarita.
