In the type of fresh wine, on the nose with a lot of fruit and with certain floral notes, in the mouth warm, finely rounded, harmonious, good body. Malvazija 0.75 (Kozlović)

Malvasia gives a bright, slightly lemony color. On the nose, the wine is open, young and very floral, so the fruitiness comes later, leaving an impression of refinement and purity. The aromatic profile is enriched with orange peel, orange blossom, lemon and lime and a touch of apricot, which in no way compete, but breathe with a gentle presence. Completely dry in the mouth, moderately bodied and refreshing, fully respecting the Mediterranean terroir to which the vineyard and variety essentially belong. Sharpness and bitterness build on floral and fruity complexity. It has a long duration, is edible, and has an impressive taste. On the finish, it is salty, with good edges and a memorable retro taste that cleanses the palate and calls for a new sip. Therefore, we can quite justifiably claim that Malvasia from the 2021 harvest is an exemplary example of fresh Malvasia from Istria in its best vintage.

Recommendation:
A wine that is excellent and easy to accompany food, especially
local Istrian specialties based on white fish, but also risotto and seafood. It will go well with white meat and lightly spiced Asian cuisine or even paella.

Top quality semi-sweet white wine with a well-defined varietal aroma, even slightly neutral with a hint of recognizable tartness, light green color. Pošip madre has a bright, straw-golden yellow color, with about 13.5% alcohol, and a full and distinctive taste with the characteristic aroma of dried apricots and figs.

This top-quality wine of controlled origin from the micro-locality of Sveta Nedjelja comes from beautiful and unique vineyards on the incredibly steep southern slopes of the island of Hvar, where all work in the vineyard, including harvesting, is done by hand.
The wine has a dark ruby color, a beautiful aroma and a pleasant and strong taste that lasts, rich, layered aromas with notes of Dalmatian herbs, spices, dark fruits such as blueberries and plums. In the Korlat area, under the Benkovac vineyards, Syrah has found its almost ideal place under the sun. This superb red wine has a deep, dark, red-purple color and a strong and rich structure. Intensely concentrated and spiced with aromas of ripe berries such as blackberry and black currant. The strong complexity and personality of the fragrance are also contributed by the nicely coordinated aromas of coffee, dark chocolate and the discreet aroma of tobacco, which is partly an expression of the aromatic potential, and partly the result of careful care and maturation of the wine in oak barrels. The wine is full, warm, balanced, persistent and ripe for consumption.

Strong, rich structure, supported by aromas of ripe red cherry and raspberry fruit and additionally harmonized with discreet spicy aromas. A long-lasting rich taste with nicely balanced acids and soft, ripe tannins gives the wine extra dimension and a fine smooth texture. These are precisely the qualities that will surely make you want to hang out with this wine again. Korlat wines are also special for their bottle and label design, for which they won the world-renowned design award, the Red Dot Award. With emphasized elements of the modern and different, the specialty of this label lies in the fact that it is printed directly on the bottle using special printing techniques, which perfectly rounds off the strength and character of these wines with its shape.

Recommendation:
Cooled to 18°C, it is ideal with tuna, goulash, chocolate desserts, lamb, pork, duck and noble cheeses.

Trnjak 0.75 (Nuić)

The best bunches of Trnjka were carefully picked in the morning. After silting and crushing, the berries were transferred to a stainless steel tank for controlled fermentation. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation followed, after which the wine was transferred to barrique barrels for maturation. After 13 months, the wine was bottled with minimal filtration and an additional aging of 3 months.

Recommendation:
Grilled meat, steaks, game. Best served at a temperature of 18°C

abernet Sauvignon Festigia is a black dry wine with a deep dark ruby-red color. Grazia is a sparkling wine produced using the classic method from Chardonnay and Malvazi grapes. It is produced in a limited number of about 1000 bottles with a name that translates as "Thank you" for Grandma Gracijela from the Deklić family, to whom this great wine was dedicated. While tasting it, it reveals fruity and floral white notes, but also notes of butter and toasted bread notes that can be found in sparkling wines of the classical method. It is perfect as an aperitif, but can also be combined with seafood and baked white fish.
