Towels
By choosing not to have your towels changed, you will contribute to the reforestation of the Planet.... Thanks to your commitment and the laundry savings made, our hotel has financed the planting of 1,237 trees since June 2017. ..
By hanging your towels, bathrobes on the hooks we will not change them for you. By putting them on the ground or in the bathtub, the laundry will be replaced.

Cleaning & Sheets
You have the option of not having your room cleaned by simply notifying reception. This approach makes it possible to preserve resources such as water, electricity, discharges of detergents and maintenance products into the waste water network.
Waste
For obvious reasons of hygiene, our room staff do not sort the waste left in the room. However, many of these wastes are recoverable! We recycle at our level: Plastic, metals, wood, cardboard/paper, frying oils, bio waste, batteries, light bulbs, DEE, toners and ink cartridges...
We encourage our customers to sort their waste at the 3 collection points designed for you on the floors of the hotel....

Among our current projects, the creation of an insect hotel with the participation of the Compagnons du Devoir de Marseille - Section CAP Menuiserie.... The Novotel vegetable garden
Our hotel has a vegetable garden in which aromatic herbs grow to enhance the Chef's cuisine.... Savory, Coriander, Basil from Kenya as well as edible flowers (Begonia, Hawkweed, Tagete Lemonii....) A few varieties strawberries and lemon... mint for Mojitos...

Food Waste France
Each year in France, nearly 10 million tonnes of edible food are wasted, ie the equivalent of 150 kg/capita/year. In household and similar waste, we find the equivalent of 20 kg/inhabitant/year of food waste, including 7 kg of food products still packaged. Let's act!
Breakfast buffet
Each of us can take action against food waste! During your visit to the Breakfast Buffet for example: serve yourself reasonable quantities and according to your appetite. Are you still hungry? Book yourself! This will help you reduce food waste.
Atypical
Every year in France, 11% of the harvest is wasted directly in the fields. This is around 1.3 million tonnes and a shortfall estimated at 2 billion euros. In addition, this waste alone represents 50% of fruit and vegetable waste in France, right from the start of the chain!
This is why we offer you at the breakfast buffet "Atypical" fruits full of flavors and use "ugly" vegetables for the preparation of some of our dishes at the Restaurant.
