Blanche des Neiges from the great Belgian brewery Huyghe is a light and thirst-quenching white beer with fruity notes that linger on the palate.

Its beautiful, cloudy, pale yellow color invites us to quickly bring it to our mouths. While wheat, coriander, orange peel, and yeast dominate the nose, a rather bitter, very slightly acidic touch with aromas of citrus and exotic fruits seduces the palate. A very beautiful balance.

Since 1930, we have celebrated the tradition of mixed fermentation by aging our beer in oak barrels for at least 18 months.

This is how its iconic, slightly acidic and fruity character develops. Because the blend of flavors that characterizes this thirst-quenching beer is reminiscent of wine, we named it Bacchus after the Roman god of wine and celebration.

Bacchus Framboise is a reddish-brown beer with a thick, light beige head. The aroma is seductive, fresh, and fruity, with pronounced raspberry notes and subtle hints of caramelized malt. The slightly sweet taste of this beer slowly transforms into a fruity wave of ripe raspberries, followed by a refined acidity. On the finish, the raspberry sweetness dominates, and the acidity slowly fades to give way to a soft, fruity aftertaste.
