Fié Gris IGP "Vételé Grande Versenne"

The FIÉ GRIS ancestor of Sauvignon Blanc grape variety 1870-1900 pre-phylloxeric, the strains come from Jacky Preiss in Touraine, which made it possible to save the grape variety in the years of phylloxera.
This Fié Gris comes from a white grape which 1 month before the harvest takes on pinkish colored spots, at the time of picking the grapes are rosewood colored
